Insightful Przesmyslaw!
Do agree with you! For easy use, naming the 3 as you do might come in handy. The essential thing however is indeed what are the functions and technical possibilities and how you want to use those to the benefit of the web users.
Specifically related to health care there is a lot to be said about it. I'm happy so much people dedicate their work to that and a lot of good things will come out!
So, thanks for bringing the issue to the web too!
Regards

Dear Rob

Thx. Sure I fully agree with your point of view, that there is more to this development than just technology. But in my article I just wanted to focus at this special topic.

There are different factors how to measure this development. Another point of view is to take a look at the usage. If I could give titles to the three Web phases I would call them:

- Web 1.0: The commercial web
- Web 2.0: The social web
- Web 3.0: The semantic web

But this is just one definition of many. When you invest some research time in this topic, you will find a lot more definitions. In my opinion this ok, because the web is that great and that open, that it is not possible to describe it with one word.

regards,
PK

Interesting Post!
You take the perspective of technological development between the stages 1.0 up to 3.0.
But I guess there is more to this development than just technology: it is, IMHO, more dealing with how users and creators interact with each other.
In case of 1.0 it is just exposure: look at my website and think of it as you like. At 2.0, user and creator interact, and so changing roles, relating ,interacting, sharing with one another. That's why so many state "engagement" is the name of the game. 3.0 indeed as you state, is not as clear as we like it to be. It is a question of developing commons sense about it. To me? It is about people interact and share more in private contexts concealed to the larger public. Specifically in health care it has to do with arranging health around and with (!) the patient. Thus creating structured care in cooperation between providers and users. "Patients" as we like to call them, but not in that traditional dependent way. Empowered instead! And, probably most relevant in the perspective of "integrated care" in a structured process of care too..
May I direct you to my related blog: http://bit.ly/dDi840 ?
Thanks

Connection is ok. It is not that bad as described in the media, but you can see how the connection decreases when you hold the iPhone4 "in the wrong way".

Hi Patrick,

i agree with you: finance, legals and marketing are important areas, of which an entrepreneur should know about. But this does not mean, that a study brings you the best experience and practice in this fields. You get maybe some basic know how of these. The real world looks different.

Yes, at the end of the way it is learning by doing, but also for a graduated student!

Ho Ho David! As an entrepreneur without a university degree, I couldn't agree more when you say: "A university degree does not guarantee anything."

BUT, claiming "For a true entrepreneur, studying is a waste of time.", I'm sorry, I must strongly disagree!

Every entrepreneur should have a sound understanding in three areas, that are key: finance, legal, marketing.

Now having a diploma in these fields or not, is of no importance, but having a sound understanding in these three fields will inevitably protect you from making many costly mistakes. You can still be a good entrepreneur, without knowing about these things, but it will cost you dearly, as you pay the price of learing by doing.

So what you should claim, is: University titles will serve you little, sound knowledge of the concepts of business and the legal framework you operate in, will serve you a lot, no matter where you learned it.

I think 1,785,707 Unique Visitors this is not the correct number, for following reasons:
- you cant sum numbers from different systems with different measurement methodology
- you cant sum unique visitors for different sites, for example if you visit for example 3 sites, each one will count your visit as unique visit.
So real numbers of your portals would in interval be between unique visitors of your most visited site to 1,785,707 ( this is only theoretical maximum )

By official aimmonitor the largest site in this list has 364 900 - rank 20. hyperinzercia.sk , so unique visitors should be in range 364 900 - 1 785 707

my 2 cents

Dear Bernhard Sombekke

No forwardo.com does not avoid import/export taxes. It is no way to avoid customs duty.
The only way to do a sweet business is the price difference between some goods, which are much cheaper in the US.

So therefore everything is 100% legal.

Best regards

Small question: Does Forwardo avoid import/export taxes, by creating a legitimate address in the US, and then just sending the goods to another legitimate addres of the same customer outside of the US? Seems like a sweet way to do business.

Are there no legal problems?
